Key Space Projects delivered a comprehensive external refurbishment programme to this occupied Central London building, combining window replacement with associated façade, masonry and roofing repairs.
A major element of the works was the replacement of the existing windows with new high-performance units. The programme required careful sequencing between external scaffold access and occupied internal spaces, with extensive protection used while existing frames and glazing were removed and the new installations completed.
The wider scope included brickwork repairs and localised repointing, façade making-good, repairs around window openings and structural interfaces, and remedial works to the standing-seam roof construction and dormer areas.
