The works included the construction of a substantial new orangery to the rear of the property, incorporating bespoke timber-framed glazing, multiple sets of glazed doors and a carefully detailed roof lantern.

Internally, the existing accommodation was extensively refurbished, with new finishes, bespoke joinery, upgraded lighting and electrical installations, specialist bathroom finishes and integrated air-conditioning.

Particular attention was given to the relationship between the existing house and the new extension. Bespoke timber doors and glazing were used throughout to create a consistent architectural language between the original property and the new orangery.
