A comprehensive residential redevelopment , transforming the existing property through extensive structural and architectural works and a complete internal refurbishment.
The project included major alterations to the existing building, new and upgraded external works, drainage and hard landscaping, internal reconfiguration, new kitchen and bathrooms, flooring, finishes, lighting and final fit-out.
Careful coordination between the construction, building-services and finishing trades created a contemporary home with generous open-plan living spaces while retaining the character of the original property.
